It is easier to remove many stains before they are mixed with cleaning solutions. Vacuuming the carpet to remove dry soil is highly recommended.
Sofas, chairs and small items will be carefully moved/slide for cleaning. Beds, dressers, pianos, china cabinets, entertainment armoires, electronics and other large pieces are left in place under our “standard pricing structure”.
- For Spots: We will determine which spots will need extra attention for treatment.
- For Stains: specialty “stain techniques” are employed. Charges will incur with Homeowner approval only.
We install doorway and corner protectors to protect walls & corners from being chipped or scratched.
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated and an all-natural oxygenated solution that is applied to the carpet, this solution is completely safe for children and pets.
We steam clean (Carpet manufacturer specifications) the dirt away that was loosened in the preconditioning phase. We clean using our exclusive hot water extraction method at temperatures over 200° F Degrees.
Groom carpet to remove wand marks and footprints. This creates a good visual impression but even more importantly it aids drying by straightening and separating the fibers.
